First things first. 18 days before my 71st birthday. My 70th year will be over.
Today was an awful day. Bella jumped out of my arms and broke her little tibia. She hit the ground awkwardly. I did not hang on tight enough to her. She spent the day at the veterinarian’s. She has pain pills and a splint. It was just so sad. No sleeping here last night. Woke up at six to wait to call her Doctor. I am tired. Or is it age? Cammy helped put her to bed tonight.
Questions from Inside the Actor’s Studio (I did not say any of this made sense)
1. What is your favorite word? Well, I love words. Words that are fun to say. Words with special meanings. Choosing my favorite will be hard. Today it is Lugubrious. It is how I feel. It is fun to say. It is a good word.
2. What is your least favorite word? Same. See above. So many words. Constipated. Just don’t like that word. At all
3. What turns you on? A good book. Books light my life.
4. What turns you off? Loud. Just loud anything. Talking. Lawn mowers. That car that just raced down the street. Loud.
5. What sound or noise do you love? Baby noises. Human babies, kittens and puppies. That cooy sound they make before they talk. Sweet.
6. What sound or noise do you hate? Television sounds that are loud and intrusive. How can I talk or read?
7. What is your favorite curse word? I don’t curse much but if I did have a favorite it would be gobshite or gobsmacked. Good words.
8. What profession other than your own would you like to attempt? Writer or sculptor. Oh, I’d like to paint or be a photographer.
9. What profession would you not like to do? Lawyer, too much talking and it could get loud.
10. If heaven exists, what would you like to hear God say when you arrive at the pearly gates? “You are finally here, love!”
Some good questions. I would like to challenge my siblings to answer any or all of these questions. Pleassssssse!
So I am going to try and answer these for you! 1. What is your favorite word? Hmm this is a tough one. But I think maybe unquenchable. Because to always have that unquenchable thirst for life, for knowlege, for love keeps you going every day!

3. What turns you on? Cooking. I love making good, healthy food!
4. What turns you off? Racism, hatred, prosecution. Why do these still exist in today's world?
5. What sound or noise do you love? My daughter's voices. I love hearing them together. Talking, laughing, being friends and sisters.
6. What sound or noise do you hate? Rap music. Well it's really not music is it?
7. What is your favorite curse word? I do curse, probably more than I should, but that would probably be censored!

9. What profession would you not like to do? Potato sorter. I did that once. It was awful. Smelly, dirty job!
10. If heaven exists, what would you like to hear God say when you arrive at the pearly gates? “It is finally time to rest daughter. Here you will always be loved.”
