Sitting on the porch this month I have watched my dear family play, visit and eat together. The Texas bunch was here for three weeks. Reconnecting in person is so much fun. The Grands are growing up so fast. The "Baby" is three! I love to talk with my adult children. It is all a new experience for me. My mother died when I was sixteen. I missed getting to know her from the adult perspective. I am enjoying my growing up family so much. I love the granny gig!
 But then last  Saturday night we all had to say goodbye. It was hard on us. Tears and hugs. Til next June...
