I walked off the porch...

I did it!! I walked outside...33 degrees out there, I walked for 15 minutes. I know it is a slow start but for me it is a big step. I also ate an orange, carrots and no bread for supper. I went on the American Heart Assoc. web site and signed up to track my walking time.  My goal is 30 minutes a day. I would much rather read or play games on the computer or sit on my porch...
