Waiting on Wednesday...

I came across the Waiting on Wednesday book blog. I am always looking for something  new to read on this old porch. The book I am waiting for is Shadow of Night by Deborah Harkness...I finished A Discovery of Witches much too quickly and now want more.

Izzy on the porch...

I promise to stay off the couch...

no barking when Gracie & Papa sleep.

I will keep my toys off Gracie's bed...

and stay out of the front seat.

Oh, and did I say I will stay off the couch.

Chew bones, not the baby.
Love, Izzy (the Puppy)

It's raining...

...it's pouring on my porch. She is watching the drops fall.
A couple of funny things C's girls said last week. While riding her bike with training wheels on the sidewalk in front of this old front porch H said, "Watch me, look how slow I can ride!" Her older sister flew by...She said, while talking about some silly songs her cousins from TX had tried to teach her, "They have mild crude humor!" Still laughing...

Just finished a really good book. I read a lot. All books are not this good. On the Divinity of Second Chances by Kaya McLaren. In her intro she said she loved this book and thanks for reading it, back at ya, Kaya.
